Established in 2017, the company was founded with the goal of delivering customized industry services and solutions tailored to customer needs—helping drive higher profits, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term client relationships. The name is derived from Sanskrit, meaning “beginning,” reflecting the vision behind this venture.

The company operates outsourcing facilities in Manila, Philippines, and currently supports both inbound and outbound customer service campaigns for local and international clients. All locations are managed by highly skilled and experienced professionals.

In 2020, the company entered into a joint venture with an IT services firm established in early 2011 in India. Starting from a humble background, the organization has rapidly grown into a diversified company with over 150 employees across multiple locations and two delivery centers in India. It is ISO 9001:2008 certified for Quality Management Systems and ISO 27001 certified for Information Security Management, accredited by United Accrediting Services Ltd. (UASL).
